I am pleased to announced that Jason Anderson of the law firm of Anderson & Quinn, LLC has been accepted as our newest member!
Jason Anderson joined Anderson & Quinn, LLC as an associate in October of 2017. Jason represents contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and other entities in all disputes related to construction. His experience includes contract claims, design disputes, and construction defect litigation.
Jason represents developers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, installers, electricians and plumbers, as well as homeowners and property owners.
Examples of claims work are for water damage caused by leaking roofs, foundations and windows, building settlement, electrical problems, fires, plumbing defects and heating and air conditioning defects.
Prior to joining Anderson & Quinn, Jason served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Leah J. Seaton, Associate Judge, Circuit Court for Wicomico County, Maryland.
A native of Delaware, Jason received his undergraduate degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. Before starting his legal career, He also worked as a Weatherization Auditor for the Frederick Community Action Agency, providing grant funded home energy retrofits to income eligible families. Jason earned his J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and has been admitted to the Maryland bar.
In addition to his civilian career he served for nine years in the United States Army Reserves as a Paralegal.
